What data we collect
Free guide form: the name and email you enter open your email app directly, with a pre-filled message to us. This data is not stored on the site’s servers; it only lands in our email inbox, like any other message we receive.
Booking: the booking calendar is built by us, not a third-party provider’s widget. The name, email, and, if you fill them in, phone number and message are sent directly to our own booking system, which creates an appointment on Natalia’s calendar and emails you a calendar invite with the details and a link to join online.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not load third-party booking widgets or scripts.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you’ve sent us, including a booking, by writing to nm.nutrition4@gmail.com.
