Always exhausted? The problem isn’t your willpower, it’s your hormones.
Integrative and holistic, with special expertise in endometriosis.
- Integrative approach
- Online consultations
- No restrictive diets

Maybe you’ve had to get used to the pain, or you’ve heard too many times that “it’s normal.” Every symptom has a story and deserves to be heard. Here we look at the whole woman, and search for the link between hormones, inflammation, digestion, and lifestyle, to understand what your body is telling you.
You may recognize yourself in one of these.
Endometriosis
Diagnosed or suspected. Pain, inflammation, and fatigue that affect your daily life.
Hormonal imbalances
Painful or irregular periods, PMS, migraines: symptoms that speak, and you need balance.
Struggling to lose weight
Diets without lasting results. You want explanations, not another list of restrictions.
Digestion and inflammation
Bloating, constipation, reflux, or digestive discomfort draining your energy daily.
Unexplained fatigue
You wake up tired, have low energy, and feel your body isn’t working like it used to.
You want to understand the cause
You’re not looking for another diet or quick fix, but an approach that treats the body as a whole.
Before I was a specialist, I was a patient.

I’m Natalia Marian, an Integrative and Holistic Nutritionist specializing in hormonal balance and endometriosis. Before I was a specialist, I was a patient.
For 9 years I lived with pain, constant fatigue, hormonal imbalances, polycystic ovaries, and endometriosis. Then came seven surgeries, the loss of both fallopian tubes, and experiences that changed my life forever.
For a long time I searched for answers… until I understood something essential: my body didn’t need more fighting. It needed support.
That’s how my path toward integrative nutrition and hormonal health began. Today I combine personal experience with professional training to help women going through similar struggles.
„Your body speaks, it is not against you.”
It’s trying to tell you something. My mission is to help you understand it, support it, and find your balance again, with gentleness, clarity, and trust.
Integrative means looking beyond symptoms, as a whole.

The “My Feminine Rhythm” Journal
created by Natalia Marian
This journal was born from my own experience. Through the periods of symptoms, surgeries, emotional changes, and so many unanswered questions, I realized how much I would have needed a space to put down my thoughts, emotions, questions, tears, and small victories, without judgment. I created it so that what I lacked wouldn’t be missing for other women too. I want every page to help you understand your body, notice changes, and feel supported.
- Simple daily structure, with guidance and space to track symptoms, food, energy, and mood
- Simple recommendations and rituals for connecting with your body, plus pages dedicated to daily gratitude
- Created especially for women navigating their menstrual cycle, with or without imbalances
- Access to a private Telegram community for ongoing support

Yes. Endometriosis is exactly my area of specialization. We work on reducing inflammation, managing pain, and supporting hormones through nutrition and lifestyle, alongside your medical treatment.
Every body is different, but many women notice first changes, more energy, less bloating, within a few weeks. Rebalancing hormones is a gentle process that takes patience.
No. I don’t work with drastic restrictions or punishing diets. Together we build a sustainable, anti-inflammatory way of eating adapted to your life.

Yes. Results “within range” don’t rule out an imbalance. Your symptoms matter too, they tell a story worth listening to.
Surgery solves part of the problem, but the causes tied to inflammation, hormones, and lifestyle remain. That’s why nutritional support makes the long-term difference.
Yes. I don’t replace medical treatment, I complement it. We work alongside your doctor, not against them.

Words from the women I’ve walked beside.
„Natalia’s guide helped me enormously. For the first time I felt that someone truly understands what I’m going through, and she gave me clear steps, not just rules.”

„Since I started hydrating better and cut out sweets, dairy, and meat… the little red spots that had been on my cheek for years have disappeared: one would appear, fade, then two more… on and on. The change is truly noticeable, and I’ve found I’m calmer and no longer eat my meals in a rush.”
